Removal of Conditions for Conditional Green Card

1. A conditional green card holder based on marriage to a U.S. citizen spouse will need to apply for removal of the conditional green card status within 90 days before the expiration of the 2-year conditional green card.

2. A conditional green card holder based on investment (employment-based preference 5 category) will need to apply for removal of the conditional green card status within 90 days before the expiration of the 2-year conditional green card.
