J-1 Waiver

1. Certain J visa holders are subject to a 2-year foreign residency requirement. This means they must return to their home country or country of their last residence for 2 years upon completion of their J status in the U.S.

2. The 2-year foreign residency requirement may be waived.

3. The waivers also apply to certain family members of J visa holders.

H-1B1 Fast Track Singaporean or Chilean Specialty Worker Visas

1. H-1B Specialty Worker visas are for U.S. employers to employee foreign nationals in specialized occupations which require at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2. Family members may join the H-1B Specialty Worker to the U.S. in H-4 status.

3. Non-spouse partner (regardless of gender) of temporary work visa holders may join them in the U.S., depending on the criteria.
